Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Grilled Portobello mushrooms are a fantastic meat substitute, offering a rich and hearty flavor that’s perfect for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
