Pool Rules and Reminders:
Our pool hours are from 9am-8pm every night, making sure you have plenty of time to soak up the sun! Please note, there is not a lifeguard on duty, so please keep this in mind and swim at your own risk.
No Speakers at the Pool
We kindly ask that you do not bring speakers to the pool area. Our pool is surrounded by your neighbors, and noise carries! Excessive noise can disturb others, and we want to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone. So please, be considerate of your neighbors and be mindful of excessive noise!
Appropriate Swim Attire
Please ensure that you wear proper swim attire when using the pool. Undergarments are not acceptable as swimwear.
No Pets in Common Areas
Pets are not allowed in any common spaces outside of the Dog Park or Dog Spa. This is crucial for maintaining health and safety standards, especially around the pool area.
Smoke and Vape-Free Community
Crest is a smoke and vape-free community. This policy includes the rooftop and balconies.
No Glass on the Pool Deck

Supervision of Children
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while at the pool.
