On-Site Dog Run

Whether it’s after a long day at work, or you only have a few minutes between work calls from home, you’ll love the convenience of our on-site dog run. As a resident at Crest, gone are the days of having to walk city blocks in search of green space to walk your dog. Our turfed dog run is located on the second floor in a fenced in space perfect for your furry friend to let off some energy. Additionally, the turf allows your furry friends to “do their business” complete with a bag station and receptacle for waste, making it so convenient for those before-bed outings. The dog run is cleaned regularly ensuring that your furry friend has a safe and healthy environment to explore. Another added bonus of the dog run is not only for your dogs to make friends with other dogs to run out their excess energy with, but it’s also a great place to meet your other pet parent neighbors.

No Pet Rent?!

Yes, you read that right–at Crest, there is no pet rent. At most communities throughout DC, you’re subject to an additional monthly pet rent (typically $50-$75 per month!). We pride ourselves on being truly pet-friendly, and we believe your furry friend should be able to live comfortably without having to worry about paying their own rent (we hear that the dog food modeling industry is quite saturated!).
