Our turfed dog run is located on the second floor in a fenced in space perfect for your furry friend to let off some energy. Additionally, the turf allows your furry friends to “do their business” complete with a bag station and receptacle for waste, making it so convenient for those before-bed outings. The dog run is cleaned regularly ensuring that your furry friend has a safe and healthy environment to explore. Another added bonus of the dog run is not only for your dogs to make friends with other dogs to run out their excess energy with, but it’s also a great place to meet your other pet parent neighbors.


Our Updated Pet Policy (Effective Oct. 1, 2025)

Yes, you read that right—at Crest, we keep pet costs low. Effective October 1, 2025, and in accordance with DC’s updated pet policy, pet rent is just 1% of your monthly rent per dog or 1% total for all other common household pets—no upfront pet fees or deposits, ever. We still pride ourselves on being truly pet-friendly, and we believe your furry friend should be able to live comfortably without having to worry about paying their own rent (especially in this economy—have you seen the competition in the dog food modeling industry?).
